Deposit and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your commission in my calendar. This deposit covers time and materials as well as booking your spot in my commissions calendar. Basically, this means is that you have guaranteed spot for your commission portrait and a firm date that I will start work on it. As soon as payment is received, an email confirming the reception of your deposit and date that I will begin work will be sent to your email. Be sure to check your "junk" folder just in case it ends up there. Payment can be made to my PayPal account or by Venmo. You do not need an account to make payments with this method.
Refunds of commissioned artwork
If you wish to cancel you commission booking before work has begun, you would forfeit the 50% deposit. Payment is non-refundable once work has begun. Please contact me if there are problems or concerns with your order. I will do my best to resolve any issue(s) I can. Customer satisfaction is my utmost goal in the whole process. feedback is welcome and appreciated.

Once the work has been completed, photos will be sent for your final approval. This last chance for any small alterations to made prior to packing, framing -if you chose, and shipping. Any minor changes made at this time are no extra charge.
After you receive the portrait or other artwork, and in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or otherwise not as expected, or I was unable to complete your order then a full refund can be given. If the artwork was damaged in transit please contact as soon as possible. We can discuss the option of returning the artwork back to me for a do over or repair.
Contact must be made with 7 days after you received the artwork for any refund or repair. You must include photographs of the damage, both of the packaging and the artwork. If I am satisfied that the work was damaged from transit or the packaging tampered with, and you do not wish to have the artwork repaired then a full refund will be issued. The client must cover the cost cost of shipping both ways.
Original Art Purchases and Limited Edition Prints (coming soon)
If you purchased an original wildlife art piece, and you are not satisfied you are entitled to a full refund including the initial shipping costs. You must request a refund within 7 days after receiving the artwork. If after the 7 days, no refund will be given.

After notification of the request for refund, you must return he artwork immediately and in the same condition which you received it. You are responsible for the return shipping. Please do not return artwork unless or until you have received a reply email from me. This will avoid any circumstance in which I may be away from the studio. In the even that I may be away, I will advise as to when to return the artwork.
It is strongly encouraged that when return shipping the artwork, a shipping service that offers insurance that matches the artwork's value is used. While the artwork is in your possession and waiting for return, you are obligated to take reasonable care of the artwork. If damage occurs to the artwork while in your possession, i reserve the right to receive compensation.

Once I have received the artwork, and have verified the condition, I will issue your refund. This may take up to 7 -10 days.

Regarding Limited Edition Prints.
If you wish to cancel your order of a Limited Edition Print, you must contact me immediately. If the order has already been shipped to you, you will need to return it unopened within 10 days of receiving it in order to claim your refund. If it has already been opened, no refund will be issued. If the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued as soon as possible.

If the limited Edition Print is damaged in shipping, please provide photos of the condition of the packaging and of the artwork. Email me as soon as possible and I will arrange for postage to have the print returned. You will need to return the damaged print in it's the original packaging. Upon receiving the damaged print, I will issue a replacement immediately and at no extra cost to you.
Tax and Duties
If you purchase an original artwork, commissioned portrait or limited edition print, your order may be subject to local and federal taxes.

If shipped outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and tax. These duties will be subject to your country and you are responsible for for paying them. I am not responsible for any additional fees you order may incur.
Privacy and Copyright Policy
The artist, Jeremy Grande retains full copyright on all work that is produced, including any mockups and prints of original works. On commissioned works, the artist reserves the right to display it on social media and any online tutorial content made while doing the commission. Any client that does not wish their commissioned artwork to be shown online must notify me before the work has begun.
